Do you long for an intimate relationship with your Creator, but He seems elusive? Perhaps something is missing—the fear of the Lord. Fearing God is very different than being afraid of God. It’s the key to everything. In The Awe of God, John Bevere invites you to take a fresh look at what it means to work out your salvation with fear and trembling. This healthy, holy, and largely forgotten virtue is the uncommon path to a more fulfilled and fruitful spiritual life. Join us, Monday evenings at 6:30 as we learn how the Awe of God creates a relationship with Him.

Women’s Group – Revelation – Swanger
For many the book of Revelation feels inaccessible and intimidating. Two thousand years ago, Revelation was read aloud among seven churches in Asia Minor. Those who heard the letter understood it and drew encouragement from its message. The Bible speaks both a steadying word of assurance and a strong call to endure to the church in every age. Move from confused to confident, anxious to assured, and intimidated to inspired as you study the end times. Understand Revelation as the culmination of God’s great story. We will begin this study on Sep. 10th at 10 am, here at the church. Please feel free to join us.
Women’s Group (Zoom) – Hebrews – E. Espersen
Lydia Brownback invites you on a journey through the book of Hebrews. Committing to Christ brings no guarantee of an easy life. In fact, staying faithful makes life harder in some ways. Yet it’s so worth it because Jesus Christ is better than anything. He’s a better redeemer, a better shepherd, a better ruler. And those who trust in him for salvation find fullness of joy now and forever. Join us on this 10-week journey every Tuesday evening at 5:30 via ZOOM.

Women’s Group – Jesus: Listening to His Voice – Colon
Jesus spoke words of life and truth. How well are you listening? – A Study of Mark 7 -13. True listening isn’t simply hearing the words of Jesus; it involves belief that results in active commitment. Jesus interacted with many types of people. In every case, those individuals could choose to believe His words and reap the rewards of faith–or resist the truth and miss out on everything that truly matters. This same choice is yours today. Join us Wednesday evenings at 6:30 for a study of bless-filled listening.
